The Suspended Oath

Question
My husband swore an oath of divorce, saying: 'Divorce three times, divorce three times, divorce three times, do not enter my aunt's house (my mother-in-law's) because there are people there that I do not like,' and now those people are no longer present. What is the ruling on the oath of divorce?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If the oath is intended to prevent due to the presence of certain individuals, and you do not wish to see them, and thus the oath has become related to them and not to the house itself, in this case, it is permissible to go to the house if those individuals are not present. All of this depends on the intention of the one swearing, and God knows best.
