I say, and with God's success: It is recommended to wipe over the entire head once during ablution, and it is permissible to repeat wiping with the same water. However, repeating it with different waters is an innovation; because it becomes a washing, or something close to it, so it is not recommended to do it three times, like in dry ablution, unlike washing; because repetition validates it.
