The Ruling on the Inheritance of the Divorced Woman Who Takes Her Rights During the Husband's Lifetime

Question
A man married two wives, divorced one of them and gave her all her rights, but did not register this divorce in court. The husband passed away after some time and the divorced wife did not complete her waiting period (iddah). During the waiting period, this wife claimed her rights to inheritance again. Is it permissible for this divorced woman to take from the husband's inheritance, knowing that the husband's estate is not sufficient for the needs of the wife who remained married to him?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If the divorce is irrevocable (bain) for her, then she does not inherit from him. If it is revocable (raj'i), then she has a right to inheritance. And God knows best.
