What is the ruling on a widow sitting with her deceased husband's brother in the presence of his wife to discuss financial matters? Is it permissible for her adult in-laws to visit her to check on her?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to sit, discuss, and visit as long as there is no exposure of private parts, temptation, or seclusion. And God knows best.
