The Ruling on Women's Congregational Prayer
If women pray in congregation with a woman leading, is it permissible to raise their voices in reciting Al-Fatiha and a short surah, knowing that there are no men present in the place?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: A woman should not raise her voice in congregational prayer or when praying alone, even if there are no men present. And God knows best.
