The Ruling on Replacing Wudu with Tayammum When Time is Short

Question
Regarding the prohibition of praying at the designated time according to the Shafi'is, the obligated person performs tayammum due to the lack of time sufficient for wudu or ghusl and prays, and then when time allows, they repeat the prayer. Is this ruling present among the esteemed Hanafi scholars? What is its method? How should the obligated person act if time is tight?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: According to one of the Hanafi imams, namely Imam Zafar, it is permissible to perform tayammum when time is tight for prayer, but it is not to be issued as a fatwa. The obligated person must perform ablution and then pray, even if it is after the time has passed. And God knows best.
