The Ruling on Delegating the Sacrifice
Is it permissible to send the price of the sacrifice to our family in Gaza? And when should one refrain from cutting hair and nails?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to offer a sacrifice in any country and to send money to them for that purpose, and it is preferable for one who intends to offer a sacrifice not to shave or cut their nails, and God knows best.
