The Ruling on Breaking a Husband's Oath
What is the ruling on a woman taking money from her relative for a need, even though her husband swore an oath that she should not take it, and the relative is insisting on giving it to them?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: She should not take it so that she does not disobey her husband, and she must offer expiation if she takes it, and God knows best.
