The Ruling on Bequeathing More Than One Third

Question
A person has passed away, leaving heirs, and he has no children; he wrote a will stating that all his wealth should go to certain relatives. What is the ruling on this?
Answer

I say, and with God's guidance: If the deceased has no heirs, it is permissible for him to bequeath all his wealth to whomever he wants, and God knows best.
