I say, and with Allah's success: The place of I'tikaf for men is in every congregational mosque or jami' mosque, and the best is in the Sacred Mosque, then in the Prophet's Mosque, then in Al-Aqsa Mosque, then in the jami' mosque, and then where its people are more and abundant; as Allah, Glorified and Exalted, said: {And do not approach them while you are in I'tikaf in the mosques} Al-Baqarah: 187, which includes all.
