What is the allowed duration for shortening and combining prayers for a traveler who settles in a country for only two months? That is, upon arriving in this country, how many days can he shorten and combine prayers during his stay of two months or more?

I say, and with God's success: The shortening of prayers is for the traveler who does not intend to stay in a town for more than fourteen days or less. However, if he stays in a town or village for more than fifteen days, he completes the prayer.
