The Difference Between the Zakat Threshold for Wealth and the Threshold for Fitr Charity

Question
Does the Zakat al-Fitr set by the endowments at one dinar and eighty qirsh differ from the Fitr charity for the car we use, for example? I am confused, meaning that the charity of one dinar and eighty qirsh is obligatory for everyone, and it differs from the charity of the things owned by a person. What is the difference between them?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The Zakat al-Fitr is obligatory for everyone who possesses the nisab (minimum amount) that exempts them from zakat, which is 100 grams in excess of their basic needs such as housing, car, furniture, and others. Therefore, if someone does not have a financial surplus of this amount, Zakat al-Fitr is not obligatory upon them. In contrast, the regular zakat has its own nisab for those who possess it and must pay zakat on their wealth. And God knows best.
