Saying 'Allah, the Almighty, has spoken the truth' after finishing the recitation of the Quran

Question
What is the ruling on saying: 'Allah, the Almighty, has spoken the truth' after finishing the recitation of the Quran; since there is no evidence for it from the Book and the Sunnah?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is recommended to say (God Almighty has spoken the truth); because it is a mention of God and His glorification, and we have been commanded to do so. It has been reported from the companions and the scholars of the nation, and God knows best.
