Answer
I say, and with Allah's success: it does not prevent prayer, fasting, sexual relations, reading and touching the Quran, entering the mosque, and performing Tawaf. Refer to: Sharh al-Wiqayah 129, Al-Hadiyyah al-Alaiyyah p. 45, and others. It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that Fatimah bint Abi Hubaysh (may Allah be pleased with her) came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said: "I have irregular bleeding." He said: "Leave off prayer during your menstrual days, then wash and perform ablution for each prayer, even if it drips on the mat." This is found in Musnad Ahmad 6: 42, Sunan Ibn Majah 1: 204, Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 1: 118, and Sunan al-Daraqutni 1: 213. Refer to: Nasb al-Rayah 1: 200, and Allah knows best.
