Ruling on Making Up the Witr Prayer
When is it permissible for us to make up the Witr prayer?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The Witr prayer is obligatory, and it must be made up by those who did not pray it. The Fajr prayer is not valid if we do not pray the Witr, and God knows best.
