I say, and with God's help: The Sunnah is not obligatory in the debt until it is made up, except for the Fajr Sunnah if it is missed with the Fajr prayer, as per the Hadith of the night of travel. However, performing a voluntary prayer for the sake of God as compensation for the good that I missed by neglecting the Sunnah is recommended, and God knows best.
