Ruling on Blood Lasting More Than Ten Days

Question
I have had a contraceptive implant, and one of its side effects is hormonal disruption. Since the beginning of its installation, I have been experiencing continuous bleeding. For example, when my period comes and ends after eight days, the bleeding does not stop and continues for about twenty days, sometimes even a month. This continuous blood is in the form of dark spots. After that, my cycle became regular, and I started having my period every two months. This time, after completing ten days, I had a break of four days, and then it returned in the form of dark spots, with spots appearing at continuous intervals. What is the ruling on prayer in this situation?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: There is no new menstruation except after (15) days, and any blood seen before that is considered irregular bleeding, in which prayer is required, and God knows best.
