Prayer of the Non-Believer
Is prayer obligatory for the non-believer?
Answer
It is not obligatory for him; because Islam is a condition for being addressed with the branches of Sharia, and the non-believer is not among the people of Islam. See: Maraqi Al-Falah p.173.
