I say, and with God's success: The Witr prayer consists of three connected units (rak'ahs), in which Al-Fatiha and a Surah are recited in each rak'ah. Two rak'ahs are prayed, then one sits for the first sitting and recites the Tashahhud. In the third rak'ah, after the recitation and before bowing, one raises their hands in supplication (Qunoot) and then bows. And God knows best.
