A person forgot a sum of money in a store, should the store owner act with it as they wish, or should they keep it until the owner of the money returns?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: He must preserve it, and he should inform about this amount and wait for a period of time during which it is likely that the owner will not return, then he should give it as charity on behalf of the owner, and God knows best.
