Explicit Divorce
The husband said: You are divorced twice at the same time, with twelve minutes between the first and second divorce, and before this, he divorced her and issued a fatwa. Has the divorce occurred three times, knowing that the husband refuses to issue a fatwa and confirm the divorce, as he does not have fear and piety towards Allah Almighty?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If the second pronouncement is intended as a confirmation, it is not considered; if a new pronouncement is intended, it is considered. He must be compelled to go to the mufti to verify, so that you know the validity of living with him. And God knows best.
