Dua of Qunoot
Is it better before the Dua of Qunoot to mention Allah, praise Him, and send blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him), and then recite the prescribed supplication in Witr?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: the best at the end of the supplication is always to send blessings upon the Prophet , and God knows best.
