If a man dies and leaves real estate worth approximately 150 million Syrian pounds, and he has a mother, a wife, three daughters, two brothers, and three sisters, do the brothers inherit from their deceased brother, and what is each person's share, meaning how are the shares distributed?

Answer

I say, and with God's success: The mother gets one-sixth, the wife gets one-eighth, the daughters get two-thirds, and the remainder goes to the brothers, with the male receiving the share of two females. And God knows best.
