Delay of the Isha Prayer

Question
I live in the Netherlands, and the Isha prayer is called at 12:15 AM, and the Fajr prayer is called at 2:30 AM. Can I delay the Isha prayer until half an hour before Fajr? And if I pray after Isha and before the call to Fajr, does that count as Qiyam al-Layl?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The time for the evening prayer is from the call to the evening prayer until the call to the second dawn, and all of it is a time for performance. What is prayed after the time for the evening prayer begins is considered part of the night prayer, so it is permissible for you to delay the evening prayer. And God knows best.
