I say, and with God's success: Ghusl linguistically means washing something: removing dirt and the like from it by running water over it. Ghusl is the name for the act of washing the entire body and also the name for the water used for washing. In terminology, Ghusl is the washing of the body. The term "body" refers to both the external and internal, except for what is difficult to reach with water or where it is hard to do so. Thus, both rinsing the mouth and inhaling water through the nose are part of its concept, and the legal reality of Ghusl cannot exist without them.
