Conditional Divorce
My husband swore an oath of divorce against me if I spoke to my brother because there have been many disagreements between us. Am I sinning in this?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If you speak to your brother, the conditional divorce from your father takes effect, and your father should consult the mufti to understand the issue, and God knows best.
