Combining Two Intentions in Fasting
Is it permissible for me to intend the reward of fasting the white days along with the intention of fasting them as an expiation for an oath?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is not permissible to combine intentions in fasting; rather, what is considered is sincerity in worship to Allah, and Allah knows best.
