If a man consulted the mufti and after knowing the ruling, the one who sought the fatwa did not act according to what the mufti advised, what is the ruling?

I say, and with God's success: A Muslim is obliged to adhere to the Sharia, and he is sinful for neglecting to act, especially after knowing it, and God knows best.
