A Matter of Inheritance
My neighbor has two full brothers. Their cousin has passed away, and she has no husband, children, brothers, or sisters. Her uncles are deceased, and her maternal uncles, aunts, and parents are also gone. The only ones left are her cousins. Does her cousin inherit anything from her wealth, or does everything go to her male cousins?

I say, and with God's guidance: The cousin does not inherit in the presence of a male cousin; because he is a male relative and she is a female relative, so the inheritance goes to the males without the females. God knows best.
