A Disbeliever Performed Ablution Without Intention and Then Converted to Islam
If a disbeliever performed ablution without intention, then converted to Islam, is it permissible for him to pray with this ablution?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If he performed ablution without intention and then prayed, his prayer is valid with this ablution. Similarly, if he performed ablution with intention and then prayed; because the intention of a disbeliever is void due to lack of eligibility, and intention is not a condition for ablution.
