"Taking more money from the customer than agreed upon with the merchant"
"I am a car parts dealer. The mechanic takes a part from me for (10 dinars), for example, then he comes with his customer and says to me in front of him: 'Take (15) dinars from him.' Then he comes back alone and takes the five dinars from me. Is this permissible?"
Answer
I say, and with God's help: This is prohibited due to the deception and betrayal of the customer, and the price must be the same for all of them, and God knows best.
