Does Samir have a sin for concealing the fifty dinars from Ahmed, his 'partner'? Is Samir considered to be unlawfully consuming the fifty dinars?

My brother's wife and her son live with us, and her son is thirty years old. Both of them are in good mental and physical health, but they do not try to do anything. If I ask them to leave the house and live elsewhere, will I be sinful for making this request?
