I have saved an amount of 3000 dinars for Hajj until my turn comes, do I have to pay zakat on this amount, and what is its value?

I have gold jewelry worth approximately (5000) dinars, and I do not work, and I wear some of it on occasions. My husband's salary goes entirely to expenses and installments, so what is required of me in terms of Zakat?
