Is it permissible by Sharia to listen to religious songs?

So my brother changed his name from Muhammad to Michael (he changed his name in official documents, but his name among us remains Muhammad), and he sends money to a non-Islamic bank. Is what he did forbidden?

If he makes any mistake against him, the mistake is due to the treatment of this oppressive father who does not reconcile with him no matter what he does. He only reconciles for the sake of the wealthy one who has money, and he completely favors him while harming and hurting his daughters, who have distanced themselves from him and his treatment. Now, if the children make a mistake against him, what will happen? This father will be held accountable before Allah, because he neglects the rights of the mother and the children, and speaks ill of their women. What should we do?
