Before I got employed, I decided that when I get a job, I would give the value of the zakat threshold from every amount I receive. I don't remember if this was an internal conversation between me and myself or a vow, and I haven't done this until now. Several years have passed, and I have two questions: What should I do for the previous years and the upcoming years? What should I do if I can't determine the amount for the previous years?

If I own money but I keep it in trust with my relatives, and they only give me a salary from it, and if I want an increase, they give it to me but with difficulty, claiming that I should not spend more as the money is not enough for the rest of my life, knowing that I am mentally ill. They consider themselves as my guardians. Is there Zakat on my money? Since I do not have the freedom to manage my money, which amounts to 50 million, and there are some people who give me money as Zakat considering I am sick, and they do not know that I own money?

I entered the mosque to perform the prayer and found the Imam and the worshippers in a state of bowing. I said the Takbir to enter the prayer and then said the Takbir to transition. While I was descending to bow, the Imam raised his head and said: 'Allah hears the one who praises Him.' Do I have to repeat the rak'ah or have I caught it with this?

A son borrowed a large amount of money from his father and was unable to repay it. Now the father wants to distribute his inheritance among his children like their brother so as not to wrong them. The son who borrowed from him is still there, and the father is asking whether the money that his son did not repay is part of his share in the inheritance. Is such a division permissible, as the father fears that he might wrong one son at the expense of another?

Is it preferable to teach the public the legal text of the school to which the state belongs; out of fear of causing discord among the public? For example, in Jordan, people are accustomed to the Shafi'i method of prayer. Would teaching them the Maliki and Hanafi schools lead to discord, as they would find differences in the pillars of prayer, nullifiers of ablution, and other rulings that differ from those of the Shafi'i school?
