It is said: The meaning of 'ghil' is that a woman is pregnant and breastfeeding her small child, and this causes severe harm to the child, which becomes apparent later in life. If he grows into a young man, it affects his health and may lead to his death, and this is why it is called secret killing; he dies in his youth without knowing the cause of his death. The reason is his mother breastfeeding him while she is pregnant, so beware, may God bless you. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Do not secretly kill your children, for by the One in Whose Hand is my soul, the ghil can catch up with a knight and throw him off his horse.' Ghil refers to the milk that a woman gives to her child while she is pregnant. How valid is this statement?
