Is it permissible for me to bequeath my jewelry to my mother without my husband, knowing that I have no children?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Your mother is an heir, and the bequest to an heir is not valid; it is inheritance that is divided according to the rules of inheritance, and God knows best.
