The Naming When Washing Each Part of the Ablution

Question
What is the ruling on saying the name (Bismillah) when washing each part of the ablution?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Among the etiquettes of ablution is to mention the name of Allah, the Exalted, when washing each part; for Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "There is no prayer for the one who does not have ablution, and there is no ablution for the one who does not mention the name of Allah upon it," in Al-Mustadrak 1: 246, and it was authenticated, and in the Selected Hadiths 1: 303, and in Al-Jami' Al-Tirmidhi 1: 38, and in the Minor Sunan 1: 82. Refer to: Tabyin Al-Haqaiq 1: 6-7, Majma' Al-Anhar 1: 16, and Badai' Al-Sanai' 1: 23-24, and the Acceptable Comments on Al-Hadiyah Al-Ala'iyah p. 25, and Allah knows best.
