I say, and with Allah's success: The act of committing the indecent act is invalidated by direct contact: that is, when a man engages with his wife and their bodies touch each other while they are unclothed, with his organ exposed and their private parts in contact; because such a situation is a common cause for the release of pre-seminal fluid, which is almost certain, and the rare occurrences do not matter, so the cause is treated as the effect; and because it is a state of distraction, and if a little comes out, it is wiped away.
