I say, and with God's success: You should move to another mosque to complete your I'tikaf, and your I'tikaf is not invalidated due to necessity; because after the collapse, there is no mosque left, so its condition is lost. Refer to: Al-Mabsut 3: 121, and Al-Taybin 1: 351, and God knows best.
