Guiding Employees in a Company to an External Center
My friend has a training center for communication technology. Is it permissible for me as a manager in a telecommunications company to direct employees to register at this center at the company's expense, to support my friend, and am I allowed to provide my employees with courses anywhere worth 5,000 dinars annually?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: You are entrusted in your work, and it is not permissible for you to favor your friend over others.
