Divorce of the Woman in I'tikaf at the Mosque
What is the ruling on a woman in I'tikaf who is divorced while in the mosque?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If a woman is in I'tikaf in the congregation mosque and she is divorced, she is allowed to return to her home and continue her I'tikaf. Refer to: Al-Tabyin 1: 351, and God knows best.
